The file manager has three built-in uploading options for your convenience; Drag & Drop (Java Based) Uploading, Classic (Browse for single file) Uploading, and Flash-Based (Progress indicator) Uploading. Because user browser's vary, these three options should be sufficient for any user.

FILE EDITING

The file manager can preview and edit multiple file types including JPG, GIF, PNG, PDF, PSD, TIF, EPS and more. The system has the capability of editing files on the fly with Snipshot, a free online service. There are many more editing resources that can be added to the system to extend its editing capabilities.

FILE SHARING

The file sharing feature allows the user to share with other system users with the ability to set permissions on specific folders or individual files. The system also has the capabilities of creating weblinks to a specific folder or file. The user can limit the number of downloads and also set an expiration date.



FILE OPTIONS

There are a number of different options that can be applied to a specific file. Downloading and Previewing are the basic, but the system also allows the user to make comments on a individual file, email the file as an attachment, and add the file to a zip file to name a few.
